Tomoo Sekine (関根 智雄) is a sound designer at Sega of Japan who frequently works with Ryu ga Gotoku Studio creating sound effects. They previously worked for Konami on games like Twinbee RPG, Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow and many games in the Pro Evolution Soccer series, until their final work there in 2011 (Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, Power Pro-kun Pocket 14), debuting at Sega with Yakuza 5.
