World Cup Golf: Professional Edition, known as World Cup Golf In Hyatt Dorado Beach (ワールドカップゴルフ イン・ハイアット ドラドビーチ) in Japan, is a golf game for the Sega Saturn.

The game had a troubled development, originally planned for launch on the Sega Mega-CD in November 1994[7][8] (later December[9]) before launching on more capable platforms in early 1996. Amiga CD32 and IBM PC versions were also dropped.

    Gameplay

World Cup Golf: Professional Edition attempts to simulate the Dorado Beach golf course in Puerto Rico using pre-rendered 3D backgrounds. There is only a finite number of these, however, which means unlike traditional video game adaptions of golf where the scenery is built around the player, the player will not always be front and centre of the screen per stroke.
