Yasushi Takeuchi (竹内 靖), also known by the alias Pata (パタ), was a Japanese video game developer and Sega of Japan director, producer, and planner most known for his work with the Sakura Taisen franchise.

While his first name 靖 is often translated as Yasushi online, he has rarely been credited by his real name in English. The only appearances of Yasushi Takeuchi is in Royal Stone: Hirakareshi Toki no Tobira and the in-game credits to the English release of Phantasy Star IV: The End of the Millennium (as Y.Takeuchi), whereas he is known as Kiyoshi Takeuchi in the US manual to Phantasy Star IV, Nihon Daihyou Team no Kantoku ni Narou! Sekaihatsu, Soccer RPG and an issue of Dreamcast Magazine[3].
