Dig Dug (ディグダグ) is an action game, originally developed and published by Namco for Arcades. Namco later ported it to the MSX computers in 1984 on cartridge format. This version was re-released on floppy disk format in 1990 for MSX2 computers as part of Disk NG Vol. 2; alongside Galaxian, Pac-Man, Mappy, Rally-X and SHM, a new Space Harrier clone exclusive to it.
The MSX version received an unlicensed port for the Sega Master System in South Korea, being exclusive to several multicarts. The title screen varies between multicarts, usually, removing copyrights related to Namco.
