Magic Carpet (マジックカーペット) is a first person shoot-'em-up game developed by Bullfrog Productions and published by Electronic Arts. You play as a mage shooting mana on a magic carpet. At the time of its original release (1994), the graphics were seen as the best around, introducing many technologies that are still used today. It also supported 3D glasses.
The Saturn version includes 70 levels (all 45 from the original release and 25 from its expansion; levels 9, 18, 29, 34 and 40 are missing from all versions of the game). In Japan, it was bundled with the 3D Control Pad as well as being sold separately.
