Highway 2000, known in Japan as Wangan Dead Heat (湾岸デッドヒート), is a racing game for the Sega Saturn.

Gameplay

Highway 2000 has the player race sports cars across five courses. It sets itself apart from other racers by featuring one of ten female "co-drivers", which you aim to impress by finishing in first place.

The women were localised between Wangan Dead Heat and Highway 2000, with the latter opting for "Western" ladies instead of the Japanese cast seen in the original game. The North American version removes the co-driver feature entirely.
