DreamWorks, Inc. was the distribution division of the American toy company Toy Soldiers, Inc., known for publishing games produced by Japanese video game publisher NCS.

Toy Soldiers, Inc. was founded in 1988 by former Tonka executive Patrick Feely. In 1991 the company was acquired and merged into Bandai America. [6]
