Sega Game Honpo (セガゲーム本舗) was a service offered by Sega of Japan. It was effectively a digital video game rental service - ¥1,000 a month would give you access to three of ten Sega Mega Drive (and some Sega Mega-CD) games, which could then be downloaded and played on a PC. The catalogue changed each month, and the service ran from 20 November 2003 to September 2006.

Boxed copies of games were also released under the service for ¥1,000 - ¥3,000 each. Each release is reportedly said to have included a game ROM and an altered version of the Gens emulator (yet to be confirmed).
