Super Runabout: San Francisco Edition, capitalized Super RUNABOUT: San Francisco EDITION (スーパーランナバウト サンフランシスコエディション) in Japan alongside other entries in the Runabout series, is a Sega Dreamcast game developed by Climax Entertainment. The European box art depicts the game's title as Super Runabout: The Golden State, though the title screen says otherwise. It is an update to Super Runabout, which was released earlier in Japan.

In North America the game was nearly released as Motor Madness, before this localised name was dropped.
