An archived page (1997...Chrome users... the browser will ask you to activate the flash player... so do it or you will see nothing... I'm sure you guys knew this one :)...) of the old flash website of "Service Games Inc." (Sega S.A) (Bromley was living in London at this time wasen't it? ...or Los Angeles?)... the links in the page are dead... but some things survived... the flash video (contains factual information... it mentions some arcades and places in USA like the Santa Monica Pier and Coney Island...and Sega Enterprises too) and this page (archived in the year 2000... it has a funny logo with the name "Bromley")...--Asagoth (talk) 07:17, 11 December 2018 (CST)

Edit: It seems that the "Vega Universe" mentioned in that flash intro was a service for delivering games through cable similar to the Sega Channel?... the links don't work...--Asagoth (talk) 11:21, 11 December 2018 (CST)

Sega, S.A (Segasa) - Vire, S.A (Viresa) d.b.a Sonic

This is intriguing ... as you guys can see in the flyer of "Astro Blaster" and "Centipede" Sega, S.A - Vire, S.A is featured in the bottom... Vire S.A also stylized as Viresa (Video Recreativos S.A) was "doing bussiness as" Sonic too... as you can see in this rare leaflet (Front and Back) of Segasa, Sega/Gremlin machines are shown with the Viresa logo (including Monaco GP) and the text in the cover says "Segasa y Viresa Presentan" (Segasa and Viresa Present)... also of note is the fact that all arcade cabinets registered by Segasa were also registered in the name of Vire S.A ... I don't believe they were two different companies... Viresa was probably a division of Segasa ... nevertheless in this advert the text reads "Segasa Sonic Viresa informan" ("informan" is plurar... so it implies they identified themselves as two entities... in 1989 Recreativos Franco accused Viresa , Cirsa and Unidesa of infringing this patent/utility model (a mechanism for a type "B" machine like those "fruit machines" seen everywhere in those issues of the "Azar" magazine) but in 1992 the court ruled in favor of Viresa and the other companies... dunno...--Asagoth (talk) 06:31, 16 January 2019 (EST)

Edit: Forums are sometimes good "nests" of info (like ours)... the Folks of these Spanish forums "www.aumap.org" found a Segasa's Astro Fighter ROM (Taito license) 3 years ago ... this is what they had found:

"The Adventures of Lauran Bromley" (Marty Bromley's daughter)

Once upon a time in Los Angeles a "little girl" (not little at all) called Lauran Bromley[1] (the blonde lady in the photo... the other woman is Mirna Bromley... it's not her daughter... they are married) who was the daughter of a retired gamimg operator called Marty Bromley, inspired by her father, tried to keep the name Segasa (Sega, S.A.) (Segasa, Inc./Service Games alive shortly after Segasa of Spain dissolution... Lauran who was also the owner of Bromley, Inc.[2] was promoting an early online gaming service called "Vega"[3] who was registered in the name of Segasa, Inc. of Los Angeles as seen here (do you guys remember Service Games, Nevada? :) ... Korwin Hailey died in 1997) ... this solves the mistery of what was mentioned above some time ago... :) ...Asagoth (talk) 11:51, 8 January 2020 (EST)

Edit: I extracted the flash video (.spl) that was in their website and converted it into a .mp4 file ... I'm not sure what to do with it yet but this is a interesting detail... :) (if someone happens to find a use for it before me... please be my guest... what's mine is yours) ...
