Punk Development was an American video game developer and subsidiary of publisher RazorSoft, and one of the earliest third-party developers for the North American Sega Genesis.
The company was shuddered by RazorSoft in late 1991, and its founder Jeff Spangenberg started a new studio composed mostly of former Punk Development staff: Iguana Entertainment.[1]
