Iguana Entertainment was an American video game developer. Founded by Jeff Spangenberg in August 1991, the company's early employees consisted mainly of staff from his previous studio, Punk Development (which had gone defunct after its relationship with publisher RazorSoft ended.) It was acquired by Acclaim in 1995, and was renamed Acclaim Studios Austin.
In 2004, the developer was liquidated in Acclaim's bankruptcy.
