Version comparison
King's Quest: Quest for the Crown uses its own engine, with a verb/noun interface similar to early LucasArts titles, and original tile and sprite-based graphics. It is based on the original iteration of King's Quest, and shares both the puzzles and points-list of that game. Some puzzles and rooms have been slightly arranged (for example, the boulder covering the dagger rolls a different direction), an extra item exists (three-leaf clovers), additional places to die were added, and progress is now saved with a password system.
