L.A. Machineguns (L.A.マシンガンズ) is a Sega Model 3 arcade rail shooter developed by Sega AM3 and manufactured by Sega. The spiritual sequel to the 1995 Sega Model 2B CRX arcade title Gunblade NY, the game was released in Japan, the United States, and the United Kingdom in December 1998.
In August 2010, L.A. Machineguns and its spiritual predecessor Gunblade NY were ported to the Nintendo Wii as Gunblade NY & LA Machineguns.
A soundtrack album was released in 1999, L.A. Machineguns Original Soundtrack. The game saw no home ports of its own, however was bundled with Gunblade NY in the 2010 Gunblade NY & LA Machineguns compilation for the Wii.
