Ninja Princess (忍者プリンセス), known outside of Japan as Sega Ninja, is a Sega System 1 arcade run and gun game developed by Sega R&D1 and manufactured by Sega. First released to Japanese arcades in March 1985, it was later ported to the Sega SG-1000 and MSX the following year. Starring a Japanese princess disguised as a ninja, Ninja Princess is one of the earliest video games to feature a starring female protagonist.
In November 1986, Ninja Princess received a redesigned port to the Sega Master System, The Ninja.
