It's Here is a promotional VHS for the Sega Saturn, released in the United States in 1995. It is thought to have been sent to Sega Mega Drive owners in the region, in the hopes of encouraging Saturn purchases. It's Here was never sold in stores.
Some of the footage of this video was recycled for Sega Saturn Choice Cuts, bundled with new consoles around the same period. Content was also recycled for television advertisments. The footage of NHL All-Star Hockey is noticably early and the Worldwide Soccer gameplay resembles that of Victory Goal (complete with J.League advertisments).
