Takuya Matsumoto (松本 卓也) is a former programmer at Sega of Japan who mainly dealt in system-related matters[1]. He is best-known for his work on Ristar, NiGHTS Into Dreams and Sonic Adventure.
Towards the end of his career with Sega, Matsumoto worked on several projects with Shigeru Okada. At some point between 2000 and 2002, Matsumoto left Sonic Team for Naoto Ohshima's Artoon.
