Lotus II: RECS is a racing game developed by Gremlin Interactive for the Sega Mega Drive. It is a sequel to Lotus Turbo Challenge. Despite its name, it is actually a port of the Commodore Amiga game, Lotus III but with an added level creator (the "RECS" part).
In addition to the fourth generation Lotus Esprit Turbo SE and the 1989 Lotus Elan SE, Lotus II also gives players the chance to drive the Elan-derived Lotus M200 concept car, which never made it into full production (in fact, only one M200 exists in the world, though it is fully operational and road legal).
