Golden Axe: Beast Rider is a 2008 beat 'em up game developed by Secret Level and published by Sega for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It is the first game in the Golden Axe series since Golden Axe: The Duel in 1994.
Tyris Flare, from the original Golden Axe, is the only playable character. Other returning (though unplayable) characters include Gilius and Tarik, as well as main villain Death Adder.
