Foley Hi-Tech[1] ,formerly know as Foley Hi-Tech Systems, was a video game development company founded in 1983 by David R. Foley in San Francisco, California . The company was involved with the development of Sega Channel doing artwork and menus and also working on an unreleased Web Browser for Mega Drive, the Web Blaster [2], to be used on the service. The company developed a number of games for Sega consoles, though some of them were never released.
