The Sega New Challenge Conference II was a press event hosted by Sega in Japan. It was a conference in which the final details of the Sega Dreamcast console were announced before launch. Capcom, Konami, Hasbro Interactive, Accolade THQ and Namco were announced as third-party Dreamcast publishers[2].
