Psychedelic Chung (also known as P.Chung and PP.Chung) is a a composer at Sega who worked on several Mega Drive and Game Gear titles in the early 90's. They are often mistaken as being an alias of Keisuke Tsukahara, despite very little evidence to suggest this.
