Ikasuze! Koi no Doki Doki Penguin Land MD (イカスぜ！恋のどきどきペンギンランドＭＤ lit. Ikazase! Love's Pound Pengin Land MD) is a Sega Game Toshokan puzzle game developed by Sega CS and published by Sega. The third entry in the Penguin Land series of puzzle titles, the game was released exclusively in Japan in 1992, and is an evolution of the previous game Doki Doki Penguin Land: Uchuu Daibouken.

Music
Ikasuze! Koi no Doki Doki Penguin Land MD features a notably loud and abrasive soundtrack; Sega CS programmed the game's soundtrack knowing it would likely be played back using low-grade television speakers, which would "filter" the music into a more pleasant sound while retaining the additional volume. However, with the advent of improved speaker technology, the game's soundtrack has gained a reputation for requiring additional audio filtering for modern play.
