System16 lumps Z80-based games that aren't on the System boards or some other hardware (what's his logic?) together, but MAME shows us that they are not the sme board. In fact I should see how MAME organizes Sega arcade games, but this should do for now.

Game Year Hardware
Ali Baba and 40 Thieves 1982 Pac-Man
Bank Panic 1984 custom used only with Bank Panic and Combat Hawk
Calorie-kun vs. Moguranian 1986 custom
Commando 1983 Rally X
Crowns Golf / Champion Golf 1984 Custom by Nasco Japan only used by these two games. I don't know where System16 got the Sega part from though... The Champion Golf on the SG-1000 is a completely different game.
Crowns Golf In Hawaii 1985
Flower 1986 Custom. 90% certain Sega didn't make this.
Hopper Robo 1983 This (Orca hardware?)
Jump Bug ?? (1981?) Galaxian; licensed to Sega for distribution somewhere (at least Japan, according to System16 flier scan)... Sega version undumped (bootleg has)
Moon Cresta 1980 Galaxian; supposedly developed by Nichibutsu and licensed to Gremlin???? not sure...
Pengo / Penta 1982 custom (a bootleg of Jr. Pac-Man also exists for this hardware; Jr. Pac-Man itself runs on its own hardware)
Space Firebird 1980 Custom used by this and Space Demon. Looks like a Nintendo game licensed to Gremlin...
Super Locomotive 1982 custom
Super Moon Cresta 1980? (MAME unsure) Galaxian, same deal as with Moon Cresta
Yamato 1983 Crazy Climber (1980 Nichibutsu game)
