Super Monkey Ball 2: Sakura Edition (スーパーモンキーボール2:さくらエディション) is an action game developed by Other Ocean and published by Sega for the Apple iPad. While sharing the same name as Super Monkey Ball 2 for the GameCube, it actually has no relation to the game. The game is more closely related to the Wii title Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz, taking every other world from the game as well as adding an additional world exclusive to this version. New features include four mini games: Monkey Bowling, Monkey Target, Monkey Golf and Monkey Base. The iPad version also makes use of the machine's tilt function to control the character.
The game was later released for Android and non-iPad iOS devices. All versions of the game were removed from sale in 2015. [3]
