Victor (ビクター) is a multimedia company most known for music. Their Japanese branch has a long history in the video game market, with games released under several names:

  • Victor Musical Industries (ビクター音楽産業 or ビクター音産) - 1991-1993
  • Victor Entertainment (ビクターエンタテインメント or ビクターE) - 1993-1996
  • Victor Soft (ビクターソフト) - 1997-1998
  • Victor Interactive Software - with Pack-In-Soft as a subsidiary (their games are listed there)

In addition, they had a partnership with Electronic Arts and a partnership with BMG. Furthermore, their parent company JVC took up publishing themselves on occasion.
