Keiichi "!" Sugiyama (杉山 圭一) is a former employee that has contributed music to various Sega games, best-known for Rez and Sonic Heroes. He has a techno-heavy style, and is also known as FIBER JELLY.
He founded Studio Qareeb in 2012[1].
