William "Bill" White Jr., former vice president at marketing at Sega of America. Joined Sega in 1993 having previously worked at Nintendo for six years[1].
Bill White played a key role representing Sega in the 1993–94 United States Senate hearings on video games which ultimately led to the creation of the ESRB.
