Mitsuharu "MTR"[2][3] Saikawa (佐井川 師治) is a programmer at Sega, notable for his work on the Virtua Tennis series. In elementary school, he submitted several of his own games to Micom BASIC magazine, such as PC Dragon (plagiarising Yie Ar Kung-Fu) and Momojiro (plagiarising Final Zone), the latter of which was his first work to be published.[1]
