Off-World Interceptor Extreme (オフワールド・インターセプター エクストリーム) is a 1995 action game by Crystal Dynamics for the Sega Saturn involving using cars with weapons to fight other cars with weapons in a 3D environment that only scrolls forward, and is an enhanced port of the company's 3DO release Off-World Interceptor, released a year earlier.

Both the original and Extreme are slightly notable for its cutscenes, featuring two guys making comedic comments on the live-action cutscenes in the style of Mystery Science Theatre 3000. Interestingly, the Japanese versions remove said elements, instead featuring the cutscenes themselves dubbed, and are the only versions of the game to do so.
