Giga Wing (ギガウイング) is a vertical shoot-'em-up game developed by Takumi Corporation and published by Capcom for Capcom CPS2 arcade hardware. It was later ported to the Sega Dreamcast in 1999.

Gameplay

The primary gimmick of this game is the Reflect Barrier: holding the fire button at the proper time will generate a force field that sends enemy bullets right back at them. This usually results in loads of score multipliers, which the game already gives out in copious amounts (another primary feature).

History

Sequels and re-releases

Giga Wing was followed by Giga Wing 2.
