Novastorm is an on-the-rails shoot-'em-up game released for a number of platforms including the Sega Mega-CD. It is very similar to Space Harrier in design, but is extremely reliant on full motion video and pre-rendered imagery.
During development it was known as Scavenger IV.

Unreleased versions
A Sega Saturn version is mentioned in a coverage feature of Perfect Entertainment by the Saturn Power magazine [13]. It was never released.
