Iron Man/X-O Manowar in Heavy Metal (Game Gear) is a Sega Game Gear action beat-'em-up game developed by Realtime Associates and published by Acclaim Entertainment. A crossover title between Marvel Comics' Iron Man and Valiant Comics' X-O Manowar, the game is a reimagined port of the developer's titular September 1996 Sega Saturn title Iron Man/X-O Manowar in Heavy Metal, and was released exclusively in the United States in November 1996.

History
Title
Like several Acclaim releases, the game's title has been contended. The forward slash symbol is not present on any western Sega packaging, resulting in interpretations like Iron Man X-O Manowar and Iron Man and X-O Manowar, and is derived from the spine of the Sony PlayStation version. Thus, the name's current inclusion of a forward slash symbol may be inaccurate in regards to Sega versions of the game.
Similar issues are encountered with titles such as Spider-Man and Venom: Maximum Carnage and Venom - Spider-Man: Separation Anxiety.
