Looney Tunes: By a Hare is an arcade racing game featuring characters from Warner Bros.' Looney Tunes cartoon shorts.

Little is known about this release. It was previewed at the Amusement Machine Show 1993 in Japan, but it cannot currently be confirmed whether the machine ever made it into mass production - the lack of screenshots, photographs, gameplay footage or a ROM dump suggests it may have been scrapped after the show. No versions of the game have ever been sighted outside of Japan, event or otherwise. It has been suggested it was built to run on some form of Sega System 32 hardware.
