Maki Kato (加藤 真樹) is a former programmer at Sega of Japan who worked on sports games. Some time after leaving Sega in the early 2000's, he, like Hiroyuki Chi, joined Electronic Arts Canada, where he worked on over a dozen entries in the annual FIFA series.
