Criticom, known as Criticom: The Critical Combat (クリティコム ~ザ・クリティカル コンバット~) in Japan, is a 3D fighting game released for the Sega Saturn.

A sequel, Criticom 2 was planned for the system, but was cancelled.

Story

The Nezom and Zerai clans acquired a powerful crystalline stone called "The Relic" and anointed themselves "The Chosen Ones." Led by their Emperor, the Chosen Ones used this power to subjugate the other races, exterminating those that failed to comply. With their supremacy uncontested, the Chosen Ones entered into a period of peace. However, an unknown force has stolen the Relic, threatening the power of the Chosen Ones, and warriors from throughout the universe see an opportunity to obtain vengeance or power.
