The February 1996 issue of Sega Video Magazine is an entry in the Sega Video Magazine series of promotional VHS cassettes for Japan.
Despite having cut non-Sega Saturn segments in recent months, the amount of advertisements has not changed. As this issue lacks a "Game Insider" segment too, this causes a build-up of four Saturn adverts placed end-to-end in an arguably cluttered manner.
