Takahiro Kakizawa (柿沢 高弘) is a Japanese video game developer. After working as a programmer on Namco's early Ridge Racer games, he joined Sega to program games under AM Annex, quickly becoming a director for games like Star Wars Trilogy Arcade and Cardcaptor Sakura: Tomoyo no Video Daisakusen. His final known work as Sega director is Sega Race TV[2].

He returned to Bandai Namco Entertainment to help out with some of the company's arcade racing games like Wangan Midnight: Maximum Tune 4 and Mario Kart Arcade GP DX, before becoming the development producer of THE IDOLM@STER MILLION LIVE![3][4]
