Tomoyuki Nishimura (西村 友行) was a director at Sega. With the exception of Giant Gram: Zen Nihon Pro Wres 2 in Nihon Budoukan, all of his projects were water-themed, his sixth and final known title being his first medal game, Ami-Gyo.[1]
