Bomber Man (ボンバーマン) is an action game, originally developed by Hudson Soft for the MSX personal computers in 1983. It was originally released on multiple Japanese PCs as Bakudan Otoko (爆弾男), while the MSX version features an English adaptation of the title. The MSX version was published by Hudson under the Honeybee Soft label and was distributed by Nihon Softbank, Sony and Takeru on ROM cartridge format in Japan. It was also released in UK by both Hudson Soft UK and Kuma Technology as Eric and the Floaters, albeit only in cassette tape format.
The MSX version of Bomber Man received an unlicensed port for the Sega Master System in South Korea, appearing as a common pick-up choice in many multicarts.
