Operation: Aliens is an unreleased Sega Mega Drive game set to be published by THQ as a tie-in to the animated television show, Operation: Aliens, a more child-friendly tie-in to the Aliens movie franchise (and more specifically, Alien 3).

The Operation: Aliens project never made it to screen, and so the vast majority of planned merchandise was scrapped. THQ obtained the rights for the game and announced its existence at Summer CES 1993, but it is not known if any signficant development work occurred before it too was cancelled. No further details or screenshots of the game have ever been released.
