Shinobu Toyoda (豊田 信夫) is a Japanese businessman and former Sega of America executive vice president, COO, and one of the company's key executives. He acted in this role from September 1989 to September 2003, and later became Chief Strategist from April 2004 to March 2008. He also served as the primary liaison between the Japanese Sega Enterprises, Ltd. and Sega of America. When Tom Kalinske came onboard as the CEO of the company, Toyoda was there to give him the lay of the land.
