Takuya Ogawa (小川 卓哉) is an operations director at Sega of Japan. He joined in 1997[1] and was assigned to Sega CS2, where he worked on Sakura Taisen 2: Kimi, Shinitamou Koto Nakare and subsequent installments up to Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love[1]. Other notable works include Skies of Arcadia[1][3], Blazer Drive[1] and Phantasy Star Online 2[3].
