Takuya Ogawa (小川卓哉) is an operations director at Sega of Japan. He joined in 1997^[1] and was assigned to Sega CS2, where he worked on Sakura Taisen 2: Kimi, Shinitamou Koto Nakare and subsequent installments up to Sakura Wars: So Long, My Love^[1]. Other notable works include Skies of Arcadia^[1]^[3], Blazer Drive^[1] and Phantasy Star Online 2^[3].
