Sham corporation

I know it's already saved in his recent reference, but I wanted to copy it here anyways cause I think its a nice summary: "The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) dubbed it a "sham" corporation... and that it consisted of "an agent and a post office box number"... and that Bromley use it "to evade taxes"..."
