Tomoaki Nakamura (中村 智章) is a programmer at Sega of Japan and the program section manager[1] of the 3rd Program Section, 1st Development Department, 1st Division, Game Contents & Services Business HQ (also known as Ryu ga Gotoku Studio). Since joining Sega in 2003, he has been involved with every in-house Yakuza from the first installment, mainly involved with battle programming and character animation[1].
