Toshihisa Satake (佐竹 敏久) is a former programmer at Sega of Japan. He first worked at Konami on Ring of Red and pop'n music 5, but joined Sonic Team in 2003/2004[5] and has been involved with the Phantasy Star series since Phantasy Star Online Episode III: C.A.R.D. Revolution[3]. Since 2021, Satake has worked at Bandai Namco Entertainment as a lead programmer[5]. This makes Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis his final game with Sega.

A full list of his contributions to each project can be seen on LinkedIn, although the game names are omitted, replaced with genre-based pseudonyms such as "Turn-based Strategy Game" and "Online RPG".
