Yu Suzuki Game Works Vol. 1 (鈴木裕ゲームワークス Vol. 1) is a compilation of games designed by Yu Suzuki in the 1980s. It was released exclusively in Japan for the Sega Dreamcast in 2002, and came with a guide book. No second volume was ever released.

Gameplay

Yu Suzuki Game Works features five taikan games developed by groups led by Yu Suzuki and released by Sega during the 1980s. Unlike versions seen on the Sega Saturn, every game is emulated (and where applicable, are believed to be the same versions as in Shenmue and Shenmue II). The audio emulation is not perfect, resulting in a harsher sound than in the arcades (and Saturn ports) and some samples playing at a lower frequency.

Notably the Ferrari Testarossa from OutRun has been altered into a similar, but fictionalised vehicle to avoid legal troubles with Ferrari (though the car is clearly still a Testarossa when it crashes).
