This teeny-tiny article needs some work. You can help us by expanding it.
Tapper (タッパー) a 1983 Bally Midway arcade game. It was distributed by Sega Enterprises, Ltd. in Japan. Ports were developed by U.S. Gold and published by Sega for the Atari 2600 and various home computers.
Whereas the arcade version was originally sponsored by Budweiser (with an alcohol-free Root Beer Tapper also being made available), the Sega-licensed home versions are all sponsored by PepsiCo. Most versions feature Mountain Dew, though the Amstrad CPC and ZX Spectrum ports specifically written for the UK market use Pepsi branding instead.
