Takako Kawaguchi (川口 貴子) is a graphic and character design artist. She used the alias Choko (チョウコ) during the late 1980s and early 1990s. Works include the first two Phantasy Star games, Disney's Illusion series, two titles based on the French comic The Adventures of Astérix and two spin-off titles based on the Sonic the Hedgehog series.
