Putt & Putter (パット&パター), known simply as Minigolf in Brazil, is an isometric-projection golf game for the Sega Game Gear by SIMS. Though it shares the same name and developer, it is not the same as the Master System version as it has completely different maps.
Gameplay takes place on small, isometric courses. You start by choosing where to place the ball initially — you can only place the ball anywhere in the pink square, but you can move the crosshair around to examine the course. On each shot, you can examine the course by moving the crosshair, then choose the angle and speed to shoot the ball. makes a selection and cancels it. Balls will rebound off boundaries — they will not fall into the water surrounding each course and you cannot shoot over gaps.
A Game Toshokan game, Putter Golf, has identical gameplay to Putt & Putter, but with different courses. Whether or not they are considered by Sega to be the same game (or which came first, as Sega does not list exact release dates for the Game Toshokan games, only saying they were all released in 1991) is unknown.
